President's Social - Monday - 6-8pm:
Join us on the River Deck, located just outside the general session area, for a President's Social! Come say hi to old friends, make new ones, and be sure to come dressed in your favorite beach or Hawaiian themed attire! We will have Ukuleles, steel drums, light snacks, and beverages.
Tuesday and Wednesday Outings:
Portland has LOTS to offer. We encourage you to get together with friends, invite some new people, and head out to explore our wonderful city. See the bottom of this page for ideas.
Banquet - Thursday - 6-8pm:
On Thursday night we will hold our annual banquet. Here we will not only eat and drink, but close out the silent auction, introduce new board members, and perhaps play a little trivia. There is no theme for the banquet this year since we are doing a beach themed social already. This year is simply come as you are!
Vendors will be present all day Monday and the majority of Tuesday. Our breaks and lunches will be held in the vendor area. Come browse the latest technology and offerings and chat with representatives to see if they can help you upgrade your lab!
Is your company interested in attending as a vendor? We still have opportunities for your company to attend as a vendor and/or sponsor any part of the meeting (afternoon snacks, social, banquet, lunch, etc).
